Im no good at Bodeking,....sng citer..hehehe

arini ada la sum issue spt biasa dlm khdupan aku nih....lately sumtg weird is going on here....here means??where??hehehe..sum comment that is weird n unlikely said before, sum act that never been done before in the meeting where it was said in front of me n others n behind me, ..which to me is weird.. I usually just brush it off my shoulder without a glance what is the real thing behind all those remarks...malas la nak pk....buang karan jerk..

but when done postmortemly by my frens and after discussion n speculations, yeahhh..it does sound weird...n the solution is... i have to K*s*in* A*s*ng which is sooooo not like me...not like sum people yang suka dgr crmh free lama2....urgh..aku taak sukaaaaaaaaaa....tapi if tak buat...then what??effect my LPP?PTK?

wehhh...bosannnnn laaaa...n Im no good at it...
aku sllu pk..rezki aku Tuhan yang bg..bukan org yang menilai but???perlukah aku buat begitu???hmmmmm...

PS: mode tak best ptg2 nih....

    Kak yong, LPP tu laporan penilaian prestasi, PTK tu penilaian tahap kecekapan..hehehe...

    bodek bos la kak yong..sng kata...huhu

    ooo.. itu ler, kalo kerja swasta tu 'appraisal lah tu.. kalo dah termasuk dlm skop penilaian nya, follow ajer lah.. dulu staff kakyong pun gitu juga, selalu ku hantar pergi training.. walau mereka tidak mahu, tp penting utk tingkatkan kemahiran & kefahaman kerja... & salah satu aspek yg perlu dlm appraisal adalah training/in-house training yg attended..

    memang lah rezeki kita Allah yang beri.. tapi setiap pekerjaan tertakluk pada peraturan & standard nyer kan.. jika tidak dibuat penilaian, bagaimana kah ukuran utk kenaikan gaji/kenaikan jawatan/pangkat etc...!!?

    heheh.. rindu dgn kerja office.. daku bos yg tegas & sgt 'jahat'..!!! hahahh.. daku suka dera staff.. :D skrg sudah jd sejarah. skrg anak2 yg dera daku..!!
